The hotel offers cool Moroccan-style rooms with all the comforts one needs, although they lack a private outside area. The service is top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to assist. The location, while somewhat rundown, maintains a relaxing setting consistent with the Moroccan theme. The dining experience may be disappointing, especially with limited options, but the facilities are enjoyable.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with sofas and daybeds, featuring amenities like robes, slippers, toiletries, a hairdryer, a Sky TV upstairs and downstairs. Although the TV size can be a bit challenging, there are other nice features such as a skylight with a retractable blind in our room. The service is outstandingly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to resolve any issues. Located on the outskirts of Lecce, not as rural as one might expect, the hotel provides a luxurious experience with a wood-framed conservatory adding to its charm. The dining experience, although catering to Italian tastes with sweet pastries, could improve with better food presentation. Overall, the facilities are excellent, offering a range of convenient services.
